You can add up to 10 accounts, including Facebook Business Pages, Instagram Business or Personal, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profiles, Thread, YouTube, and TikTok. This wide range of platforms ensures you can manage your entire social media presence from one convenient location.

2. Can I give access to my Procasa Social account to a social media manager or VA?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of team collaboration. If you'd like to add someone to help manage your accounts, please contact our support team at hello@californiaconcierge.com. We'll be happy to assist you in setting up the appropriate access.

3. Can I add agents from my team to the account?

We offer flexible team options to suit your needs. If you're adding a team member to manage your existing social profiles, they can be added as an admin at no additional cost. If they need to connect their own social accounts, we offer reduced team pricing. Please reach out to our support team at hello@californiaconcierge.com for more information and assistance. 4. Do I need a business account for each platform? How do I go about creating that?
Not all social media platforms require a business account. However, if you need help setting up your social media accounts, we offer professional social media setup support starting at just $75 for 3 accounts. This service ensures your profiles are optimized and ready to make a great impression.

5. Can I connect my personal accounts?
Yes, you can! As long as the social media platform allows the connection of personal accounts and you're within your 10 account allowance, you're welcome to connect your personal accounts. This flexibility allows you to manage both personal and professional profiles efficiently. Please note - Facebook currently only allows the connection of Pages, not personal accounts.

9. How often is new content added to the library?
We're committed to keeping your content fresh and relevant. New content is added weekly to ensure that our agents always have access to the most timely and engaging posts. This regular update schedule helps you stay ahead of the curve in your social media marketing.

10. Will I receive notifications when new content is added to the platform?
To easily discover our latest content, simply search under the tag "New" in the content library. This feature allows you to quickly access our latest additions and keep your social media presence up-to-date.

13. Can I edit the captions in the library?
Absolutely! We believe in giving you full control over your content. Once you've selected the content you'd like to use, you can easily edit the caption, hashtags, and even add or change the provided graphic. This flexibility ensures that each post perfectly aligns with your brand voice.

14. Are there any compliance guidelines I should be aware of for posts and captions?
Compliance is crucial in real estate social media. We recommend including your name, contact information, brokerage, and license number on your social media pages. This typically eliminates the need to include this information on each individual graphic. 15. How does Procasa Social handle AI guardrails regarding the Fair Housing Act?
