2.1 All content produced by Procasa Social, including but not limited to graphics, captions, hashtags, or any other materials ("Content"), is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations regarding its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

2.2 Procasa Social makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any Content generated or provided through the Services.

2.3 All intellectual property rights in the Services and Content are owned by Procasa Social or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any part of the Services or Content without Procasa Social's prior written consent.

3. User Conduct

3.1 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 You are solely responsible for the content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Services.

3.3 You agree not to use the Services in any way that: (a) violates any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringes upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights; (c) is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing; (d) involves the transmission of viruses, trojans, or other malicious code.

4.1 Procasa Social shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services or the Content.

4.2 Procasa Social's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for accessing the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5.1 Procasa Social reserves the right to modify or terminate the Services, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
